What we did to help the issue of global warming was plant a couple of trees in Trevor's backyard. We tried to get in touch with an organization that plants trees, but we started to contact them too late.

Therefore, we were unable to go out and work with an organization at designated spots around San Francisco.  We then had plans to plant some trees at a couple of local parks, but after some talk amongst the group members, we decided against it because we could not obtain the proper permits to do so and feared breaking the law.

Our last option was to plant some trees in Trevor's backyard. So we bought four Dracaena plants and planted them in separate areas.

We would have liked to buy more plants/trees, but since the prices are quite expensive we went with the most cost-efficient trees/plants that Orchard Supply Hardware had in stock. With the right amount of sun and water, these plants will grow over the years and help create oxygen and absorb CO2 like all plant life.
